What is trexi?

trexi is a headless applicant tracking system (ATS) designed to be driven by Claude Code and other agents, with first-class CLI and MCP integration. The product surface is the API and tooling rather than a heavy UI — the frontend is a thin dashboard, and the backend is where the ATS logic and integration points live.

Why headless?

Recruiting workflows are increasingly automated. By exposing the ATS as an API plus MCP tools, trexi lets you script and agent-drive the parts of hiring that are repetitive — posting jobs, screening applications, moving candidates through stages — while keeping a thin human-facing dashboard for the rest.
