Every job has a pipeline — the set of stages a candidate moves through from first application to offer. When someone applies on your board, they land at the start of the pipeline, and your team moves them along as they progress.

Where candidates come from

  • Applications — people apply through your public job board. Their application lands in the pipeline automatically.
  • Sourcing — an Admin can add a candidate directly to a job when you’re reaching out to someone yourself.

Stages

Each job has its own stages — for example Applied → Screen → Interview → Offer. Move a candidate to the next stage as they advance, or back a stage if needed. The pipeline gives you an at-a-glance view of who’s where.

Outcomes

Alongside their stage, every candidate has an outcome that says whether they’re still in the running: Marking someone Hired or Rejected takes them out of the active pipeline while keeping their full history on file.

Searching your candidates

The home screen is a search across everyone who’s ever applied, so you can find a past applicant across jobs — handy when a great candidate for one role would be perfect for another.
Reviewing candidates and leaving feedback is open to everyone on your team. Adding candidates, moving them between stages, and setting outcomes is limited to Admins and the Owner — see Your team.
